Jinse Finance, 28 September, Axios reported that Luke Petttit, Assistant Secretary of Financial Institutions and Acting Deputy Minister of Domestic Finance of the United States Department of the Treasury, would leave office next month to transfer to the private sector. He had previously been involved in advancing the GENIUS Act and the CLARITY Act.
